The defining feature of AppTools.me is that we do not have a backend database for your input. Whether you are formatting JSON, decoding a JWT, or compressing an image, the raw data stays within your browser's memory sandbox. Once you close the tab, the data is gone forever.

We use minimal, non-identifiable cookies and local storage only to remember your UI preferences (like Dark Mode) and language settings. We do not track individual users across the web.

3. Transparent Analytics

To improve our service, we collect anonymous telemetry (e.g., which tools are most popular). This data contains no personal identifiers and is used solely to optimize site performance and prioritize new feature development.
